Immerse yourself in nature and nurture with yoga classes for all levels and styles. Autumn is a great time to recalibrate and recenter with sessions in Self-Care, Yoga for Your Lymphatics, Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga.

Tuscany Retreat 2025

Join us for a week at Casa Vecchia Villas! This gorgeous retreat center in the middle of Tuscany has everything available to explore the beautiful scenery of Tuscany and nearby cities in Italy, all while enjoying yoga, fresh cooked meals, time in nature, and immersion into the artistic culture.
This trip will be 8 days, 7 nights Casa Vecchia Villas. This is a family-owned center with multiple villas. The staff prepare delicious healthy meals three times daily, and we will enjoy some incredible outdoor scenery being right in the olive groves with acres of land to ourselves, and just a short drive to major landmarks in the nearby cities, shopping, art, and more. There are also optional massage and spa services.
