Join your hosts Andrea Kirkham and Brandy Kelley for a long weekend at the beautiful Casa Om Potomac in the hills of West Virginia.
You will experience deep introspection surrounded by nature with yoga and pilates classes in varying levels and styles. This time away from the ordinary can help you learn, relax, and unwind as you are cared for so you can nourish yourself. We will incorporate the landscape into the teachings so you can find grounding and connection.

Tuscany Retreat 2025

Join us for a week at Casa Vecchia Villas! This gorgeous retreat center in the middle of Tuscany has everything available to explore the beautiful scenery of Tuscany and nearby cities in Italy, all while enjoying yoga, fresh cooked meals, time in nature, and immersion into the artistic culture.
This trip will be 8 days, 7 nights Casa Vecchia Villas. This is a family-owned center with multiple villas. The staff prepare delicious healthy meals three times daily, and we will enjoy some incredible outdoor scenery being right in the olive groves with acres of land to ourselves, and just a short drive to major landmarks in the nearby cities, shopping, art, and more. There are also optional massage and spa services.
