Having a trusted adviser and partner in health can help you achieve goals and keep you accountable on your journey. Andrea Kirkham, ERYT-500 has studied with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the California College of Ayurveda to help others find their best self. 

We suggest meeting with Andrea to talk about where you are currently and where you want to be in our wellness journey. This baseline appointment will help establish a plan according to the Ayurvedic principles of lifestyle changes, eating habits and movement. 

A second appointment will be to talk about the plan and how to achieve your desired results. Follow up appointments are available to continue to refine the plan as needed and offer support along the way. * Sessions can be in person or online.

Initial meeting and Plan meeting: 

2 appointments (45 min each) : $150

Follow up Appointments : 

1 appointment : $50

3 appointments : $125

Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal and balance the subtle energies within our bodies. *

1 hour Reiki session (1 hour means about 45 minutes "on the table" and about 15 minutes after for tea and cookies while we "process" (chat about) how you are feeling.

Naptime add on... hear me out... when I have any kind of massage or energy work done, i feel so good afterwards, I would literally beg to just rest a little longer in the quiet beautiful feeling.  $15/15minute increments, choose what you like/have time for! I will wake you up with some tea and cookies.

Marma Therapy is an Ayurvedic approach to healing the body by touch.    

A marma is a vital point located on the surface of the body. They are located at anatomical sites where veins, arteries, tendons, bones or joints intersect.    Marmani (plural of marma) have a range of functions that affect the body, mind and spirit. They can facilitate cellular communication, serve as diagnostic indicators, and have a virtually unlimited number of therapeutic applications. (As taught by Dr. Vasant Lad)

A marma session may include the client reclining on a massage table or sitting in a chair where the practitioner will touch these vital points to create calm and healing in the body, mind and spirit.  *
