Level 1: Good class for all levels to learn basic postures and gentle stretching.
If you are new to yoga or would like a slow thoroughly instructional class - this is a good choice.
Level 1: This flow class will use breath to work through gentle stretches and movement. It will encourage relaxation and stress reduction for beginners or those who would like to unwind.
Level 1/2: This class is for those new to yoga or anyone interested in exploring their practice a bit further. This class includes gentle flow that will also challenge students at a pace that allows them to find ease.
Rather than focusing on perceived limits, students are encouraged to take it light. Explore your range of motion through simple adjustments finding your edge.
Level 2: This class will take the basics and add some strength work. Good for beginners and experienced students who want a more gently paced class with some challenges.
Level 2: This class is a sequence of poses designed to build strength and stability linked together in a well-paced flow.
It is intended to keep your heart rate up and requires focus on breath & body to reap full yogi benefits. We will cool down at the end with a reclined twisting sequence to settle into a deep savasana. Work off the week and head into the weekend strong & refreshed
Level 2/3 : Enjoy deep and long held stretches in this Yin practice and release further with MFR (myo-fascial release) techniques and pranayama (breath practice).
These modalities work well together to bring you physical benefits of stretch and the mental benefits of calm.
Level 2/3 : A mix of vinyasa and yin yoga, this class will start with warming up the body with consistent flow movements using even breathing and focus. We will then move into long yin holds that will help the body to lengthen and relax leaving any tension behind.
Level 3 : This class will follow the traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. The series includes sun salutations, standing postures and seated postures. Good for mixed level students with moderate fitness.
Level 3: Good for students with moderate fitness, this class will include energetic movement with breath that includes: core work, asana, inversions, arm balances and relaxation.
